Drum pattern module now detects if external clock is connected and uses it if connected, vs the knob setting behaviour in Grids. Clock should be 4 PPQ.

Fix issue with vertical sliders having wrong limits. This resolves a problem for all the IR reverb modules, looping envelope and chaos controller.
