Firmware 3.17

Add interconnect mode, go to settings to enable it. It allows CV and audio to be interconnected so for example you can have a delay on a trigger to get burst of triggers. CV and audio signals in Beebo and Hector are processed at audio rate.

Somewhat fix bug with MIDI thru switch not working, it now works for 3.5 mm MIDI but not USB. USB thru is always enabled.

Added CV v/oct pitch to MIDI note output module.

Added tempo out to the looping envelope generator, to convert clock signals to tempo.
