Firmware 3.20

A present for the holidays. Many bug fixes and a few new things.

Added note sequencer (tempo and trigger versions), bit crusher and bit crushed delay.

Fix setting MIDI channel and input level.

Fix basic LFO shape and multiplier issues.

Can unlearn loopler foot switch assignment

Added loopler MIDI clock output, can be used to sync internal or external things to the loop tempo

Fix delay not remembering if displaying beats or time

Vary initial module placement so they don’t hide under each other.

Fix loop extra MIDI in on some units not working.

Exit disconnect screen automatically if no connections remain.
