Fixes saving MIDI bindings in Loopler.

Add ability to bind select next / previous loop to MIDI.

MIDI binding now asks if the command should be for all loops, the selected loop or a specific loop.

Improve installer to better report errors.

Add an extra MIDI input for the Loopler, so that internal MIDI generators can be sent to the Loopler. To use it, connect a CV to CC then connect the MIDI out to the extra MIDI in. Do not connect external MIDI to the extra MIDI as it’ll be doubled up, it’s just for internal generators.
