Verbs V2

Fixes preset 7 and 8 in the Basilica section. These were loading in with the wrong sample rate and messing things up.

Import from USB now works multiple times without restart. This also fixes serial numbers under 20 not saving presets properly.

Only needed for units with serial number below 50. Units after serial number 50 are already running this firmware.

To update, start up Verbs with a USB flash drive in it, with this file unzipped directly on the USB flash drive.
